Going to bed, but before that, I'm watching/listening to a few ASMR videos. It really helps with my anxiety and to fall asleep... I often have insomnia or frequently wake up, have racing thoughts, awakened by light noise, etc. I'm so glad I found out about it years ago... And also that there's other people who experience the tingly sensation on the scalp. I used to think I was weird before that.

I'm going back to college (English college, not American University) this September and the teacher I fell in love with won't be there because the *** of a Principal purged half the staff for no reason. :frowning: :disrelieved::disrelieved::disrelieved:

My cat's at the vet, going to get his teeth cleaned and maybe have one extracted. I'm missing him already. House feels so empty and lonely without him... He's be curled up on my lap now.

I spent yesterday in Cloud Kookoo Land. I had to audit a sub of ours and I can't believe they're still in business.

Come on man, don't tell me some thing like that before I even... I mean... a friend of mine even tried it :flushed:
In engineering terms.....just don't do that weird porn thing with high frequency high amplitude reciprocation.

Well turns out my cat is not having his teeth done today, as we asked the vet to get a blood test before proceeding and turns out he has a little problem with his kidney (though it's caught early). We'll get him some specific food for that and get him back there next week. They will give him some kind of drip to strengthen him up and get his teeth done. Also they have confirmed that he needs one extraction, or well that it's recommended. Hopefully all turns out ok.

Again, it's good to have pet insurance... Vets are so expensive!
