Nope, i cant accept you having one rule for you and another for everyone else. Rules is rules, not to be broken but bending them a little and you bent rule C and decided it was another rule entirely.
You've included too many disparate factors in your rule C.
This is against the rules of RF.
We (i) have had a committee meeting and decided on a show of hand that catchall rule C remains. Messing around and wasting time while over thinking the job in hand is most definitely classed as time wasting
