Well, the MMPA is a valid test, but you have to have some certified (a psychologist) to interpret it. From my research, any-and-all pre-employment personality tests are bogus, and there are actually some law suits against companies who use them because they questions asked, when asked to certain people, violate HIPAA laws as they are asking a potential employee to disclose medical information. Kroger got in trouble because someone applying is hard of hearing (a red flag on their test), and Aarons (a "rent-to-own" place) was sued over something (I don't remember the issue), and they do even ask if you are into any "unusual" sex acts. Some places even ask if you enjoy irony and sarcasm as a form of comedy. One company I looked at for my research even asked how far away you live from your family, and how emotionally close to them you are.
The last one I had to take, the statement was "there are some groups of people I just don't understand." I started to answer "agree," because there are some groups I just don't understand (such as those who would kill for religion - I can't even begin to fathom what must compel someone to do that; I don't understand racists either, or people who see human beings as expendable and exploitable resources), and my case worker told me to answer "disagree" because I was way over thinking the question. It's not my fault they can't word a sentence so it isn't super vague and has a canyon-sized opening for interpretation.
