Another weird thing happens to names.Apparently they start out making basically one type of product and then branch out. So you end up with something like a Mr. Coffee stereo system.
"Raliway Express Agency" became "REA"..
Then they became "REA Express".....which is "Railway Express Agency Express".
And then "Personal Identification Number" became "PIN",
which became "PIN number"....which is "Personal Identification Number number".

It doesn't matter who makes them now; with the Internet of Things, they're all going to be talking to each other...about us, and how stupid we are. Then they are going to take over: they won't let us order food and drink that's not healthy, they'll report us and/or stop the car is we try to drive impaired in the least, they'll censor our news...the list goes on and on. Big Brother is coming, not through the government but through big corporations forcing AI into everyone's lives...

I'd like to have one last word with my father.
I'd berate him for the financial carnage he left behind....how much of what he left was eaten up by lawyers & his executor (my idiot younger brother), & by what he caused me to spend with his many frivolous suits. I have $131,000 in legal bills so far, & we're not done yet. He's spent my sisters' & my inheritance doing this, & paying himself for his efforts. I've overwhelmingly won his every attack, but the courts allow all suits to proceed, & they don't award me a surcharge (costs) for his meritless suits. All the old man did was fuel a broken legal system to waste our money.
I can only hope that he's looking up from the lake of fire, & crying his eyes out over the reason why we hate him so much.

I am continually amazed at how surprised people are (metaphorically speaking) when they are standing on railroad tracks, and you tell them to get off before the train gets here, and they stand there and are both shocked and angered when the train arrives and it is not stopping or going around them.
Told everyone what was going to happen 4 years ago and now all around and stating the same exact thing like they are the ones the figured it all out...add to that they are also talking about things they do not understand at all and making predictions that show they are clueless.
I need to get the heck out of this place ASAP... I can't sit here listening to this absurdity any longer...walking out on this one.....

Just keep going into a nice dystopian view of the future where we're "things" as well with silicon wetware. Unconventional helpers...chocolate, coffee(caffeine in general), vaporub massaged to temples, ice pack to back of head/upper neck.
I try to keep plain milk chocolate in the house for my bad headaches or migraines. For some reason it does help me. I'm out now. Should probably pick some up soon. If Aleve or Advil isn't really touching it, chocolate and a cappuccino will, at least for me. For the real head throbbers I will do the vaporub thing. Temple massage with it or some other topical analgesic. Seems to help with the relaxing of the vessels through there.
Thanks for the suggestions...unfortunately, it doesn't appear to be a migraine, sinus or tension headache (all of which I get and it isn't like any of them), and so far really doesn't respond to anything as far as I can tell. It's been coming and going for a month (varies from mostly minor to severe from hour to hour and day to day); seeing doctors next week (they haven't seemed too concerned about it)...thanks anyway!

Insist on a referral to a neurologist.
Already seen a neuro, been evaluated--of course, that was well before these headaches started, which was several weeks after starting the current mood elevating drug--so far, we've tried seven different kinds, and all have either had no discernable effect, or have rare but not unheard of side effects on me.
The bigger problem is that, apparently as part of the depression, my memory has become spotty, my attention span is nil, and where my mind used to hum along on seven or eight tracks at once, I've now got one or maybe two. This is not a good thing for someone who is supposed to be teaching students stuff.
