Oldest is back form college for the summer, been back 3 days now.. and Mrs. Wu and the oldest are already digging trenches, gathering the forces and setting up barricades..... all I have to say is "You are not in the dorm anymore so.....JUST CLEAN THE DAMN BATHROOM!!!!" ... "and while your at it....Mow the lawn too"....there problem solved.....sheesh....

I've had a 2 1/4 container of sea salt I've been using for a couple years to cook with, to mix in water for antiseptic, and even my home electrolysis machine, and I've hardly used any of it. I decided to move it out of my bedroom and share it in the kitchen, but it's back in my bedroom because after only a couple weeks about an eighth of was already gone. And not only does my sister and her horde use a bunch of salt, they use a crap ton of butter. Even when I'm baking and cooking holiday treats I don't even use as much butter as they do. And my sister and her husband may not be too far off from a heart attack because they smoke a lot.
I find it difficult to talk to people who are so imprecise, that I see multiple inferences.
And when I ask for clarification, they simply repeat.
Tis also difficult when I ask a simple question, eg, "Which scale do you want to use....the 30# one or the 5000# one?",
but instead of a simple answer, I get a long description of something being measured. He knew which he wanted,
but is compelled to over-describe things, often with redundant apophatic descriptions.
And when I ask for clarification, they simply repeat.

For some reason, this lifetime membership sale alert really got me thinking that I am not budging on my word that I am not going to support the site again until we have Frubals back.
I took 2 broken wheelbarrows, & used parts from each to make one good one.

Some people are of limited mechanical ability...
Likely, I would have limited success in such a project, even if doing it for myself and not Revoltingest...

I need to learn more about the gaming/media box I made, and start writing the instruction manual.
Meijer finally got in some more of their offbrand Mio flavor of strawberry lemonade, which prompted me to buy two of them instead of one because when they do actually have it in it goes quick.
And I need to finalize my school schedule for the fall.

I supplied him with tools, gave him initial direction, & he did succeed.
Btw, his name is Brian, so we refer to him as "the dog".
For someone using tools with paws, he does well.
He does require some supervision, despite has having worked as a machinist & bike mechanic.
He's a very odd duck, but he's honest, & he tolerates me (no small feat).

My sister got a job she is starting in about a month. With any luck, she'll get her inheritance money much sooner than that and get a place of her own.

I was looking at mod chips for various video game consoles, and the way one of them looked for the Wii, it looked like a design I would expect to see on a sheet of blotter acid rather than something that gets soldered inside a chunk of plastic.
In a few days I begin my summer break and will drive over 850 miles to New England.
