Here's a story about a despicable POS:

"You had evil in your heart, you were mad, you couldn't control your emotions, and you were drunk, and you killed your dog," Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey said.

John Burgos was taken to jail Wednesday.

"He's all mad because FPL hadn't got to him to turn his power back on so he starts shooting his gun inside the house," Ivey said.

The man's dog, Flick, was shot.

The dog was taken to a nearby vet office but did not survive.

"[Burgos] still shows no remorse for what happened," Ivey said. "Only thing he said when he was told that his dog had died is, 'Man, FPL made me do that.' No! You're an idiot! That's what made you do this."

Burgos' charges are shooting a missile into a dwelling, animal cruelty and use of a firearm under the influence of alcohol.

He is being held without bond.

He should be put away for a very long time.

Sam does that, except his chewing is literal... Hence the 3am candy sprees.

I sometimes get a burst of stress around 5am and wake up. Often, I'll fret that the animals are out of water.

When we had a roommate, if she saw me up at that hour she'd just say "time to check the water levels, George?"
I used "chewing" because that's the word my wife uses to describe thinking about something (sometimes to excess). So I'm in the habit of using that word because she gets it when I do.

I've heard it used in such a matter. It works well.

Had a memory today of Sam, in our very brief 'courting' period, telling me he was the reincarnation of Cu Chulainn in an attempt to impress me.

I reminded him of that today, and got his famous mildly embarrassed grin. I asked if he remembered that, and he did. I asked if he knew who Cu Chulainn was. He didn't, really.

Funny man.

"I am eternal, all this pain is an illusion" -

These lyrics of Parabola by Tool is a persistent earworm, and now i am considering it being my mantra to recite before, during and after every Gong fu class.

I've found myself on the interwebs more. The fun is facial recognition cant identify me. Ubers can't even see my face right.
