can a single body contain two spirits and it not be possession?

does a fetus have the spirit of life in it? is it a viable, living? breathing?

is the religious right, moral majority promoting possession?

Depends on how one defines "spirit" I guess.

does a fetus have the spirit of life in it?

It's alive in a biological sense. Its cells are all alive, metabolizing and developing. It isn't only alive, it's a genetically distinct biological individual and not merely one of its mother's own bodily organs like her liver or heart (which are also alive).

is it a viable, living? breathing?

Viable? Sometimes in late term pregnancies. Living? Yes, of course. Breathing? Perhaps potentially but not before it is delivered.

is the religious right, moral majority promoting possession?

I don't understand the reasoning there.

its only alive because its on artificial life support. so no it isn't viable until it's lungs are fully developed; which is usually in the 8th month of gestation.
