The Word Tawhid Within the Quran?

Salam Aleykum,

Could someone who speaks Arabic, post every Surah that uses the word Tawhid within it please....

Tried to find it online, and there is lots of opinions on what is Tawhid; I'm wanting specifically what Muhammad within the Quran applied to it only.

احد
it is ahad i.e. One, you will get many verses, check those which are for Unity of God.

3=اله
elah اله (Deity)
Search it too.
For example:

[2:164] And your God is One God; there is no God but He, the Gracious, the Merciful.

Tawheed in english means monotheism.

The root of Tawhid is و ح د or in English Alphabetic wāw ḥā dāl .
