"They got caught!" Is this the biggest lie of all?

Naw its called nanny state over-regulation directly dictating everything that a person does and say from the womb to the tomb.
Like opposition to gay marriage, reproductive rights, cannabis legalization, the 1st amendment (the establishment clause, flag burning, video games, etc.) and support for compulsory pledges and prayers in school, etc.? You mean like that?

I take it you dont like opposing arguments and would willingly suppress them in favor of your own. Am I right?

It seems you are experiencing Cognitive Dissonance.

1. You think Joe "Hiden" will win in November.

2. On the other hand you can see the poles leaning towards TRUMP more and more each day.

I'm sure it pains you (and others) to see all the excitement at TRUMP rallies.

Cognitive Dissonance
is very uncomfortable.

Ole Puxatawney Biden came out of his basement for the same reason.

He sees the election "Slip Sliding Away"
So I take it part of your support is that, as a Christian, you really like the fact that the President of the United States lies at every possible opportunity? You think, I suppose, that this is terrific example for your kids, since you'd want them to grow up to be liars, too?

Don't have to. My brother in law was there. Only difference is we don't have a good citizen rating.
Amd we openly and freely talk about democracy and communism and anything else we want. Our media isn't super censored and ultra refined with a filter.
Yes. Do go live there for awhile and tell is how we are both practically the same.

Don't have to. My relatives were there for a bit when they adopted my nieces.

I suspect you wouldnt recognise the word of those who came from China who say same thing anyways.

And by the way, how did you decide that I believe Biden will win? Certainly, you did not get that from me, since I have repeatedly, in these forums, expressed my absolute horror that in fact Trump could win.

If you really do want to accuse me of things, please make sure that they are things I am actually guilty of. Cognitive dissonance on this issue is certainly not one of them.

Funny. Ive talked with Chinese people and people who have been there. None of them agree with you.
Allthough, it reminds me of one conversation I had where it was emphasized bigger cities were more tourists were were more relaxed, and not the case outside of those areas.
And seriously? Child limits, state filtered media, are you seriously saying America and China are basically the same?

It isn't lying when a Christian does it. It's Faith.

Believing things that aren't true, but make you more comfortable, is the foundation of Christianity. Trump is the poster boy for that world view in 21st century USA. He is the top Christian leader.

But the whole point of this thread is that Trump is telling a deliberate lie about Obama -- and not only that, a lie that amounts to saying that he acted treasonously. Now that would seem to have the intent of ruining Obama's life -- and for a Christian to condone that in anyone is shameful. Just try asking yourself (anyone who happens to be Christian), "what would Jesus say if I were trying to get somebody jailed on false charges?"

I'm not sure he was.

I don't think he can tell the difference between what is real and what he wants to be real.
I will release my tax return before the election!
I will repeal and replace ACA!
Trade wars are easy to win!
Those are just a few of the false statements he made before the election. Since then...

Trump has demonstrated that he's a Christian. Not by teargassing some religious people at their church for a photo-op holding up a Bible. By proving that his world view is all about his own interests, not about objective reality.

In other words, Faith!
