If you like espresso you will know that most machines top out at about 20 bar. Roughly 20 atmospheres. I have a couple of moka pots and they generate about 1.5 bars of pressure. The espresso maker in the video is just a little bit stronger, it develops about 1,000 bar of pressure.

His YouTube channel began because he would crush amazing stuff with his press. When I discovered him it was his accent that roped me in. I have relatives in Minnesota that still have traces of a Finnish accent after three or four generations of living in America. It was oddly nostalgic.
