Why are we hated? Why does the world feel the need to label us as anti-social or as losers? How are we losers if we never play the game?

because they can't handle the reality of them being the losers so they substituted there own

It's nothing personal. It's a great way to bond amongst a group by singling out an outsider to mock.

I've never felt like this. Slightly disadvantaged, yes, but not hated.

I don't mind being labeled a loser. Who is it that defines what a winner is anyways? Is it defined by the society in which the extroverts offer themselves up as slaves to uphold? Labels are quite silly anyways. And about being hated~ People don't like to see other people that can get along all by themselves. They believe themselves to be so great that you must really want and need their attention...

When I think about it all, I laugh to myself...

Introspection is what makes someone introvert.
Introspection leads one to understanding of existence.
Those who hate/ call others *losers*; it is only because they have hate and are losers as by nature everyone projects what he *IS*.
Besides why bother about such petty things as you know that *ITS* not about winning/losing, introvert/extrovert.
Be un-attached to what one says.

I am a total introvert. I noticed that when people speak loudly people do hear them but after awhile they stop listening. When a quiet person speaks, they may not always here them but if they do, they listen.

Indeed...

I know it sounds mean, but I had actually trained myself to block out the sound of my dad's voice, so he'd be talking to me, and would then get mad because I didn't hear him. He said so many things that were stupid, mean, and redundant, so I just stopped listening to him. And he was a very loud person. I do find that no one ever listens to me though. I'm quiet, and I'll start telling my mom or one of my sisters something, and they will interupt me or not listen, so I just stop in the middle of my story or whatever I was saying, and they don't even notice that I never finish my thought, because they weren't listening. We are a really mean family.

ive always labelled myself 'introvert' on the basis that when i need to recharge my batteries, i want to be alone, and find it is wonderful and nourishing to be in my own company, perfectly at ease. Extrovert, on this scale, would get their energy from being with other people. I just cant relate to that at all, but i respect it.

i was brutally shy as a younger person, and I think we internalize our own discomfort with being self-conscious and turn it into the outer world, so we see others as being dissatisfied with our introversion.

But I have learned that yes, extroverts make a group relax and take on the focus, but one on one, an introvert can come to life and share their brilliance and highly considered thoughts. Now I am not shy anymore, but still think of myself as an introvert, and it is a wonderful treasure to me.

Friend ranjana,
Kindly remeber this:
*You are what you think [you are]*
One has to go into the very process of THOUGHTS itself to understand and then transcend it.
