If someone is not involved in the happening spiritual/ invisible things
then the Scriptures do sound like myths and lies.
They are written for ‘doers of the Word’ to whom the Spirit is given.

The Israelites had that their OWN NATIONAL God, who was the incarnated Jesus,

Gentiles were not invited to participate.
GOD promised Abraham to gather us in his seed = Christ.

[4] Hear, O >> (12 tribes of) Israel. The LORD our (Israelite) God (= Jesus) is one LORD.
John.20
[28] Thomas (the Israelite) answered and said to Jesus:
My (Israelite) LORD and my (Israelite) God.
The nation of Israel had the truth/ knowledge from GOD, for their time.
The people who acknowledge progressive revelations
will not strive with progressive revelations.
We have the more current awareness.
During their time, as the people of truth,
the nation of Israel possessed the measure truth about God.
Now the people who are attached to Christ are the possessors of the truth from GOD

and have been (invisibly) taught by him
since >> the truth (about all things) is in Jesus << (who was with GOD from the beginning)

GOD sent Jesus, the incarnated God of Israel and their Apostles
to teach the Israelites, who were called the children of the Prophets = Christians.
Gentiles were gathered by the Apostles >> Christ >> GOD.

False Teachers cause destruction and hurt to their unsuspecting followers.
GOD and Christ, allow time but they do not allow them to continue forever
or they would be unrighteous accomplices.

He who does not (legally) enter by the door into the sheepfold
but climbs up some other (illegal) way,
the same (teacher or leader) is a thief and a robber >> (from spiritual gifts)
[2] But he who enters in by the door
is the Shepherd of the sheep. (= the Shepherd from heaven)
[3] The door keeper opens to him and the sheep hear/ obey >> his voice
and he (the God of Israel) calls his own sheep
by (their personal) names (eg. Peter or Nataniel)
and he leads them out >> (from error)
[4] When he puts forth his own sheep,
he goes before them and the sheep follow him: for they >> know his voice.
[5] They will not follow a stranger but they will flee from him
for they do not know the voice of strangers.
