Whichever Album you will find "Sober" on.

But truthfully, I'm more of a Perfect Circle fan. I love BLUE.

Haven't heard that one - but you should post something in my big music thread about that.

 Love that song!

Is it just me? I've always thought that song was sung from the perspective of Judas, who loved Jesus and then betrayed him and was full of remorse.

Theres a shadow just behind me. shrouding every step I take.
Making every promise empty. pointing every finger at me.
Waiting like a stalking butler, who upon the finger rests.
Murder now the path of must we, just because the son has come.

Jesus, wont you f***ing whistle. something but the past is done.

Why cant we not be sober? I just want to start this over.
Why cant we drink forever? I just want to start this over.

I am just a worthless liar. I am just an imbecile.
I will only complicate you. trust in me and fall as well.
I will find a center in you. I will chew it up and leave.
I will work to elevate you, just enough to bring you down.

Mother mary, wont you whisper. something but the past is done.

Why cant we not be sober? I just want to start this over.
Why cant we sleep forever? I just want to start this over.

I am just a worthless liar. I am just an imbecile.
I will only complicate you. trust in me and fall as well.
I will find a center in you. I will chew it up and leave.
Trust me. trust me. trust me. trust me. trust me.

Why cant we not be sober. I just want to start things over.
Why cant we sleep forever. I just want to start this over.

I want what I want...
I want what I want...
I want what I want...
I want what I want...

I like all of Tool's albums but I would recommend Aenima (H, pu****) and Undertow (which has sober). I personally think Lateralus is a brilliant album but it's not to many people's tastes.

Some Kind of Strange
I'd have to agree with gnomon. I definately think Lateralus is the worst album of theirs. But I do have to say that, IMHO, there is no such thing as a better metal album than AEnima. Tracks number 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, and 15 are all simply amazing. If you like one of those songs, you'll probably like the rest.

Aenima all the way!!! Both Undertow and Lateralus have good tracks, but Aenima is fantastic from begining to end.

Eminem - The Slim Shady LP

Metallica - The Black Album

Kanye West - College Dropout

Billy Talent - Billy Talent

System of a Down - Toxicity and up... even the album before Toxicity is pretty solid.

Notorious B.I.G - Biggy Duets

I couldn't just choose one album... sorry. I only put Eminems first album on the list, but just about all of his albums are pretty damn good... along with the rest of the people I mentioned... but I pointed out the best of all the artists albums.

Peace

Ænima is one of the greatest albums ever, so that certainly has to be suggested. After that I'd suggest Lateralis or 10,000 Days (newest record that came out this year) and then Undertow. Really.... all Tool albums are worth getting. From Undertow to 10,000 Days you really can't go wrong.
