Topic for going off topic

On another forum on which I used to post there is a thread with this title. So many threads on forums go off topic very quickly. It seems to work quite well.

So if a poster wants to make a comment about religion, but doesn't wish to start a thread on it, this would be the place to put it.

It would solve the problem of people posting meaningful posts in the Meaningless Announcements thread, I think.
