Trump Chicago

Trump going to Chicago to **** all over the city (saying it makes Afghanistan look safe by comparison) and he said that in a room full of police officers. He also criticized Chicago police superintendent who skipped his speech. This is a daily reminder of the asymmetry in our politics. A Dem president would get absolutely killed if he, say, went to Topeka and mocked education levels in a room full of teachers in the heartland.

Someone should. Well I don't know about heartland school but public schools in Calif are pretty atrocious. Teachers unions in Calif have the Democrats in their pocket so I'd suppose it'd be suicide.

Here's a powerful article:

"President Donald Trump launched an extended blistering attack on police Superintendent Eddie Johnson and the city’s gun violence in Chicago on Monday, accusing him of protecting “criminals and illegal aliens” ahead of city residents and promoting values that are a “disgrace.”

On first Chicago visit as president, Donald Trump and city trade insults over values as protesters take to streets to demonstrate

...“There is one person who is not here today. We’re in Chicago. I said, ‘Where is he? I want to talk to him.’ In fact, more than anyone else, he should be here, because maybe he could learn something,” Trump said of Johnson before several hundred convention attendees."...:eek::eek::D

Somebody is the boss and if the boss isn't doing his or her job , then either that person is bought and paid for, or can't handle the responsibility.

Good for Trump telling it like it is.

Those with poor performance records should be fired. Even if they're unionized.

...Being unionized does not necessarily mean job security.

Funny how Trump's comments about places being "infested" and the like are always targeted towards places that are mostly black, yet he never manages to level the same criticisms towards poor white areas like Appalachia. When it comes to places like E. Kentucky and W. Virginia, it's "we've gotta do something to help these people get jobs!"

But I'm sure it's just a coincidence....

Does Trump anywhere, in all of this, acknowledge and call out the huge amount of the problem that is directly related to the Indiana legislature?

Because if not, Trump is just grandstanding to his base of low information supporters.
As usual.
