"The name of Corey Comperatore, the former fire chief killed at the Trump rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, is misspelled on the jacket brought to the Republican National Convention stage on Thursday night.

The misspelling on the jacket, which instead says "Compertore," was not the fault of Trump. The Buffalo Township Volunteer Fire Company confirmed it was his gear and that it was sent to Trump, which the former president shared in his speech.

While the volunteer fire department gave no reason for the misspelling, it responded to a reader who pointed out the mistake on its Facebook page, noting that it “was in error years ago, and it was left that way by Corey.”

Comperatore died at Saturday's Trump rally as he shielded other family members in attendance from gunfire that also struck Trump. The shooting is being investigated as an assassination attempt."

In total, four people said they believed he had conservative beliefs, while none said they believed he was liberal or espoused some other ideology. Two people said they had never heard him talk about politics. One classmate said Crooks told him that he hated all the presidential candidates in 2016.

Thomas Matthew Crooks was a 20 year old registered Republican. According to the Wikipedia entry:

On January 20, 2021, at the age of 17, he donated $15 to the Progressive Turnout Project, a liberal voter turnout group, through the Democratic Party donation platform ActBlue.[9][13][15][33] His donation was made the same day that President Biden was sworn into office.[8] According to the Progressive Turnout Project, he made the donation in response to an e-mail about "tuning into" the inauguration; he was unsubscribed from the group's mailing list in 2022.[32]​

Clearly the profile of an agent of the Democratic Party.
