Trump is reindicted.

So are claims saying Trump would "order" the DOJ to do this and that simply false claims since as you said he can't?
Trump could install enough people who would do what he wanted and there would be no ethical guardrails to keep him from misconduct. This is an example of how the guardrails worked in Trump’s first term. He wouldn’t allow this again.

No way to really know.

Those qualified. (Yeah I know who says they are qualified)

I am also not a fan of convicted criminals running for government offices but the constitution doesn't disallow that.
I doubt the founding fathers ever had a thought convicted criminals would hold high posistions in government.

This reliance on "experts" is fine but in don't need a meteorologist to tell me its not raining when someone is peeing on my leg. Do you?

Me either but it doesn't matter what we like just like. I wouldn't want anyone drinking bleach but freedom is more important than some people's stupidity. Just how I see it.

What was repressed was still out there. If you understood the sciences you could check it out yourself. All that was done was that during the pandemic Biden tried to get Facebook to try to limit the crazies a bit. They were never totally banned. They just did not want Facebook promoting false and dangerous claims.

You guys are just jealous that the Harris/Walz ticket has created such excitement, hope and joy to the Democratic party and that they're now overtaking your weird guys in the polls.
That is a very fine point. Kamala has roared ahead on a wave a positive energy and emotions. It's the total opposite of Trump's fear, hatred and self-pity. And it's very old and well known knowledge that misery loves company. The Dems are riding that, and all Trump supporters wanna hear from Trump is the fear, hatred and permission to have very large amounts of self pity. They need other's to hate queers and fear immigrants just like they do, they can't stand the Democratic campaign went from dead in the water to getting a sudden blast that made people happy. They need to be afraid and angry like their own bleach white demograph.

Its not a matter if Biden would, if Biden is ethical, or if etc...

Its point blank "Biden could do it correct?"
Yes as we have indicated numerous times, that is part of the fallout from the Trump supreme court's idiotic ruling, he could also just order someone to shoot Trump. It really is an irrelevant question, do you not understand why?

Crossing the branches with any kind of power that would make a suggestion or request into an order, I believe would be treasonous. The 3 branches are Constitutionally set for protection against just that type of thing.
?? The DOJ is part of the executive branch, though orders could still be considered treason.

Where the hell did you just get "would" from? It has been pointed out numerous times here that he could thank's to your saviour, but wouldn't because unlike Trump he has ethics.

YES! It is contagious, it's an outpouring of enthusiasm and energy and hope for the future, it's an organic upswell from the grassroots that isn't manufactured, or curated, or manipulated. It's real people, looking for a way to put Trump in their rear view mirror, finally and permanently.

Ahhhh, but I just confirmed for my own assurance of my aged educational memory, that the Attorney General is the top dog there, and that position is a presidential appointment. The plot thickens in the on-going saga of How Far Can Bats--t Crazy Go? Turn in next time for more of Bats--t Crazy on this Bats--t Crazy channel. LOL
Thanks for the correction.

Yup. Look at the efforts MAGAs are attempting in Georgia. Even Kemp is against what they are trying to do.
Republicans know -- and have admitted -- that in a free and fair election they cannot win. Therefore, it ought to be obvious, they cannot permit a free and fair election.

(Modifying their stances and policies to appeal to more Americans doesn't seem to be an option they have considered.)

"In keeping with that positive spirit, she left on her front lawn a note to the anonymous neighbor. The note sweetly thanked whomever it was for their "concern," calling that a "beautiful virtue," but then she warned the interloper not to put anything else in her mailbox. Although widely abused, a regulation of the U.S. Postal Service says that nothing but U.S. mail belongs in mailboxes."

I've read so many positive stories from ordinary people in the last five weeks. I don't remember anything like it in my experience. The Obama campaign may have been like that in 2008 but I was still a Republican and so it wouldn't have been on my radar. For me though, in my experience, Republicans ran their campaigns on fear, not hope; and certainly not joy. I know that joy won't run countries or solve complex social and economic issues, and I'm pretty sure most people understand that. They just want a moment, you know? And they want it for everyone, not just for themselves.

If you are going to respond be sure to read and keep up with the posts.

Biden has been ethical in how he has allowed the DOJ independence. As you know I was asking about what the criminal candidate would do if he were elected again. Try to stay focused, and pay attention to facts. It will save us all time.
