Trump says he's fine with legalization of same-sex marriage

They are the same Trump.

Why? What version would be otherwise? The Hillary version? What a joke.

Today (Sunday) we found out 6 million Democrats refused to vote for Hillary. This included gays.

Trump has a longer record of supporting gays and such issues than Hillary.

Is this the Trump who released his tax returns?
Because that's what he told his supporters he would do, and he "tells it like it is"?

I actually read that earlier on HuffPo. Still a funny way of showing it though, considering he has an army of anti-LBGT haters filling his cabinet.

What if this presidency reveals to us that Trump has split/multiple-personality disorder? What if it was Trump's "Tyler Durden" running the campaign and now Trump is waking up and we have a Trump who is Jack's aneuryised brain now about to walk into office?

Rule 1. You do not talk about fight club outside the oval office. :D

From the article...
Ducking a question about his personal view on the issue, which he dismissed as “irrelevant,” Trump asserted, bluntly, “it’s done.”

“These cases have gone to the Supreme Court. They’ve been settled. And I’m—I’m fine with that,” he said.
If this is the stance he maintains, I have gained enormous amounts of respect for him. He didn't let his personal belief influence what he (correctly) believes was the correct process. That is, despite his personal opinion (which may be contrary), he realizes that is has already been done via the system he supports. Him saying it is "irrelevant" in regards to his personal beliefs in lieu of the court system, is a very good way to approach this.

How's that gasp over 'lack of peaceful transition' working for you all?

Yeah, that's why. (Face palm)
Is this your first time dealing with politicians?
It's my first time dealing with a President who claimed he wasn't a politician, and whose supporters believed his lies because "He is not a politician, he tells it like it is!"
Trump is better at lying than the average politician used to be. His opponents are going to have to step up their game.

What on Earth made you think we all believe what Trump said?

I'm not even sure if it's pessimistic or optimistic. Is it hope he's telling the truth or hope he just doesn't mess it up too badly?
I try to avoid excessive pessimism or optimism.
In this case, I just have the hope that things will go well.
But I make no predictions.
