So the moment you start claim something about other humans for who they are, how they should think and so on, it is not just your brain.

That should never discourage, or be used to discourage, anyone from expressing their personal opinions and views.

Thankfully that won't stop people from doing do.

But your personal views and opinions have no bearing on what in effect is not decided by your personal views and opinions. That is so for all humans and it includes how other people deal with e.g. rape.
