Trump Slams His Attorneys Then Spends 45 Minutes Defaming E. Jean Carrol AGAIN, and Her Witnesses.

That's not true.
In the so called "locker-room talk conversation" he said he hit on her.
Hitting on her is not raping.
Listen to it again.

"Donald J. Trump: You know and ...

Unknown: She used to be great. She’s still very beautiful.

Trump: I moved on her, actually. You know, she was down on Palm Beach. I moved on her, and I failed. I’ll admit it.

Unknown: Whoa.

Trump: I did try and f***her. She was married.

Unknown: That’s huge news.

Trump: No, no, Nancy. No, this was [unintelligible] — and I moved on her very heavily. In fact, I took her out furniture shopping.

She wanted to get some furniture
. I said, “I’ll show you where they have some nice furniture.” I took her out furniture

I moved on her like a b****. But I couldn’t get there. And she was married. Then all of a sudden I see her, she’s now got the big phony tits and everything. She’s totally changed her look.

Billy Bush: Sheesh, your girl’s hot as s***. In the purple.

Trump: Whoa! Whoa!

Bush: Yes! The Donald has scored. Whoa, my man!

[Crosstalk]

Trump: Look at you, you are a p****
[Crosstalk]

Trump: All right, you and I will walk out.

[Silence]

Trump: Maybe it’s a different one.

Bush: It better not be the publicist. No, it’s, it’s her, it’s —

Trump: Yeah, that’s her. With the gold. I better use some Tic Tacs just in case I start kissing her. You know, I’m automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything.

There it is.
That's what he does.
In his own words.
He takes a woman out shopping and them "moves on her like a b****" and "grabs her by the p****.

Then when E. Jean Carroll says he did this exact thing to her, you don't believe her.

yes, I did. Shop assistant in a clothes shop. It was not a department store...
but I know people who did work in a department store and told me that it's impossible that more than a person can enter a dressing room.
Let alone a man and a woman together.
I don't know who these people are, but they were misinformed or they lied to you.
My husband and I share dressing rooms all the time.
A department store is not a brothel.
They would have either watched or heard something anomalous...so please...spare me unlikely scenarios in New York City...the city of order.
It's not worthy of NYC.
You have no idea what you're talking about.

Do you think department store workers hang out outside every dressing room door and listen to what's going on?

Kissing...indeed.
Not rape.

One question:
how do you know that the woman did not consent?

I don't believe her because of insufficient evidence.

Period.

I am not a woman. But I had a mother (as hard as that is to believe) I have a sister and nieces. For some odd reason I do not think that it is okay for random rich men to rape them. I guess that is just my TDS acting up again.

I seriously wonder about men that blindly support Trump. They appear to have all of the stereotypes of neckbeards and incels.
You don't?? Weirdo!

People have sex.
Sex is consenual. Rape is a physical assault and a crime.
Where's the rape part?
Rape is generally defined as penetration. Sexual assault is all other forms of unwanted sexual activity.
Kissing...indeed.
Not rape.
It can be defined as sexual assault when it isn't welcomed, but is forced.
One question:
how do you know that the woman did not consent?
Her statement.
I don't believe her because of insufficient evidence.

Period.
Given your poor track record of relying on poor quality media, and your belief in conspiracy theories, it's not a surprise. None of us have seen the evidence that the juries have. Their judgment matters. Yours doesn't.

I put the important part, that matches up with what he did to E. Jean Carroll in BOLD for you. Not sure how you missed it.

This shows that Trump takes women shopping - which you don't seem to think is credible, but here he is in his own words saying that's what he does. Then he goes on to explain how he just starts kissing them and grabs them by the p**** without even asking.

E. Jean Carroll told a judge and jury that he did this very thing to her. She even told a friend about it around the time it happened. She presented her evidence in a court of law. The judge and two juries believed her.

But you don't find her credible because ... who knows. I'm sure you'll come up with some other silly reason now that this one has been shot down.

P.S. This isn't what "hitting on a woman" looks like. Rather, this is predatory behaviour.

Digital penetration in NY is called sexual abuse. Though recently they changed the law there to make it clear that it is actually rape, In other jurisdictions digital penetration is a form of rape.

We Never Know

No Slack
No, of course not.

It's your use of antiquated misogynist victim blaming tactics that are the problem here.
Next thing I'm waiting for you to ask us is what was she wearing.
A court verdict doesn't make one actually guilty or innocent.
Its makes them guilty or innocent by law.
Many innocent people have been found guilty in court by judge/jury. And guilty people have been found innocent.

1) He didn't say he did that in that furniture shopping, but in a second moment (perhaps at her apartment?)
2) What makes you think that this married woman didn't consent?
3) You guys sound like you think that all women are homosexual. I am heterosexual and I would have said yes to Trump.
E. Jean Carroll told a judge and jury that he did this very thing to her. She even told a friend about it around the time it happened. She presented her evidence in a court of law. The judge and two juries believed her.
And she said it publicly after that bus clip became public.
People will draw their conclusions.

American voters don't see the people they vote for as sexual beings.
We all have sex.
They can't demand they don't have a sex life.

I get that you don't care much about facts but here is what Trump actually said:

"I moved on her, and I failed. I'll admit it. I did try and f*** her.
And I moved on her very heavily. In fact, I took her out furniture shopping. She wanted to get some furniture. I said, "I'll show you where they have some nice furniture." It does in the eyes of the law.
Its makes them guilty or innocent by law.
Yep. What more do you need?
Many innocent people have been found guilty in court by judge/jury. And guilty people have been found innocent.
Trump had ample opportunity to make his case. Then he can appeal, like everyone else.

Unless you think that because some other people have been incorrectly found guilty then that means Trump must have been incorrectly found guilty as well. I'd like to see someone try that argument in a court room.

Yeah, he did. Read it again. Try reading it with your blinders off this time:

Good grief. We're applying it to the E. Jean Carroll case. Try to follow along.
3) You guys sound like you think that all women are homosexual. I am heterosexual and I would have said yes to Trump.
What on earth does this have to do with anything at all?????
And she said it publicly after that bus clip became public.

You can personally believe whatever you want. The fact of the matter is that Trump has been found civilly liable for sexual abuse and defamation in a court of law. That's a fact.
American voters don't see the people they vote for as sexual beings.
Nah, some just don't want a predatory sexual assaulter leading their country. Can't say I blame them.
We all have sex.
They can't demand they don't have a sex life.
We're not talking about "having sex" or "having a sex life." We're talking about SEXUAL ASSAULT.

Please stop being so disingenuous.

Yes, sure.
But when Clinton had sex with Lewinski, Americans went on a rampage.
Again: it's a psychological problem.
They cannot accept that their politicians have sex.

And now you're deflecting to something else entirely.
Totally predictable, yet still disappointing.
I was disappointed too. I was 12.
When I knew, I was shocked how the American people cared that Clinton had cheated on his wife.
As if it was as serious as the threat of a nuclear war.

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
Cool. How does one do that, exactly?
Do tell. With details. And please draw heavily from your own personal experience with sexual assault.
Maybe you should start studying about women who are so greedy and rich men makes nice good jucy targets.

And please learn about what real tangible evidence is.
