Trump said it in his speech he said he already won.He says continuing to count votes is a fraud.

He is but it's inexact...
Because what ends up happening in his home state of Pennsylvania, leaning Trump, could decide the election.
And figuring out the specifics of it could even involve the courts.

The way I understand it...
Trump has the easier path to 270. But he could still lose especially if Pennsylvania goes for Biden.
Now I think what's going on, is that Trump isn't trying to declare himself our overlord. He's trying to prevent additional mailin ballots from being counted in Pennsylvania and obstruct the terms of such a thing. If these votes are counted, there's a good 40-50% chance Biden could win.

I'll have to read up on the specifics some more but there is I believe some dispute over whether certain mailin ballots should be counted. I do think the courts will rule in favor of them being counted. But even if they are, it doesn't guarantee a Biden win. The numbers still have to be there in his favor.

I agree. But Trump is doing something kind of weird. First he's trying an obstruction that will never work and he probably knows it. Then he's not making clear what he's doing, leading people to think he's doing something even more sinister, if that's possible, than what he is.

Some states are required until after the booths close to count votes or at least certain votes. Basically, it's senseless rules.
