Allegations of sexual misconduct helped sink Matt Gaetz’s bid for attorney general. Now they threaten to complicate the confirmation of other nominees, including Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to be America’s top health official.

Senators from both parties said they expect Kennedy will face questions about alleged incidents from years ago that recently have drawn attention. Kennedy, President-elect Donald Trump’s pick for Health and Human Services secretary, has been accused of sexual assault in the late 1990s by a woman who is willing to testify before the Senate. Kennedy has said he is “not a church boy.”

Another nominee appears in line to face similar questions from senators. Pete Hegseth, the Department of Defense secretary nominee, is facing accusations that he paid a woman to keep silent after she said he sexually assaulted her in 2017.

Neither Kennedy nor Hegseth responded to requests for comment. A lawyer for Hegseth said that he was investigated and cleared and that the woman’s claims are false.

“This is something that I am sure will be explored at the hearings,” Collins said when asked about allegations of sexual misconduct against Hegseth and Kennedy.

How many times have the DNC accused Conservatives with gossip accusations? This gossip standard is a litmus test of the degree of DNC fear of potential nominee effectiveness.

One of the big problems is the DNC run FBI, has a lot of crooks in there, who have engaged in unlawful activity like spying, leaking, and other forms of intrigue. How can you trust the swamp FBI's background checks, to not to make stuff up and leak misinformation as they have done in the past? The injustice Department and AG cannot be trusted either, after the law fare that now has ended. Trump may need do a few key recess appointments to clean the houses of injustice, first.

Trump should also leak the Epstein list, so we can see which Democrats violated minors. The President can declassify anything. They can cross reference that list, to those who use gossip, and bring these people to trial. We can call it the double dirt bag criteria.

Here is new legal theory I would like to present to reduce law fare. If government lawyers come up with an innovative interpretation of the law, and use it to attack citizens, when it is finally reviewed by the Supreme Court, and if they find it to be Unconstitutional, then pro-activity applies, making the legal actions of the prosecutor and team, illegal from the start. They are on trial.

Law fare is designed to tie someone up in court, to smear their name, bleed their resources, so that even if they eventually find justice, there is no punishment for the Government Lawyers, who used illegal means from the start; Russian Collusion Coup. This pro-active clause will solve that problem. The accused will be make whole and the predators made accountable by law.

It would be like coming up with a legal theory that hitting someone with a branch, from a rare tree, is not assault, since there is no legal precedent, that anyone ever used that specific wood for assault. So the prosecution team start beating a person with that rare branch to extract information. Eventually, the Supreme Court interprets that is as assault, and the prosecution team is now treated as predators from day one, with each torture session, a separate assault charge. This will make future prosecutors to stick to well defined law.

Defense lawyers often do this, but that is different, since the State has infinite resources compared to defendants. When the State does this, it not a fair fight, since infinite resources and plus unpunished cheating is totally unjust; stacked deck.

The law fare that the swamp and DNC engaged in, was sort of like defense lawyers protecting their criminal client; Swamp, with unorthodox legal theory, as though they were the defense team, against the assault of Trump. However, they were using state resources and over stepped and now they all have to pay.
