Trumper vans circle Biden campaign

According to the news a group of bans with Trump flags on them circles around s Biden Campaign bus to derail it and stop it. They had to cancel some election events.

The FBI is investigating it. Is this what Trump supporters want? Threatening behavior and possible violence in order to get Trump in ?

I've also seen where there are blockades of the roads leading to voting locations.

Anything to steal the election.

How long ago has it been since Trump said he'd pay money to whomever punched his detractors? Trump voters don't care.

The idea of democracy is something that the United States trumpets as one of its most fundamental principles, all around the world. But the idea of democracy presupposes that the demos (the people) are in control of the kratos (the rule).

As I observe, an immense amount of Republican effort is focused not on the demos (people), but which people get to have their votes recorded. This is because, as it should be clear to anyone who pays attention, the Republicans cannot win an election in which everybody, everywhere, votes freely and without encumbrance.

What does this say, I wonder, about the Republican Party, or about the views of those people who support that party?

I can't but help see the irony. Months of direct protest and rioting on the side of the left and a few guys with some flags is triggering, lol.

Leftists triggered by a soft protest of Biden by a Trump supporter caravan following him around on a free and public way. But, facts...

1) Not blocked from going anywhere. They were following him on open roads.

2) They did not block his way from any campaign location or anything else... They just followed him around with Trump flags.

3) There was an incident between one of the campaign vehicles following the bus and a supporter vehicle. The campaign vehicle tried to cut of the Trump supporter and since he had a giant pickup he didn't move. Mr. sub-compact got bounced off a huge 4x4 tire and thrown back into his lane. Other than his wounded pride, and probably some tire marks on the car nothing else happened.

4) Biden lidded his own campaign in Texas. No one demanded it and despite what anyone is going to say a coach bus is not under threat from a pickup truck, lol. We're talking 20,000+ points of weight difference between the two. A pickup truck would bounce like a rubber ball off a coach bus. Law enforcement engaged to make sure the Trump protesters were allowing the bus to move freely to it's destination.

So, short is... Other than the stupidity of someone on the rolls at the Biden campaign who was probably having a mental meltdown... Nothing happened.. and nothing even happened to that person when they did bump the other vehicle.

But, I get it... Left is allowed to have a voice in your mind, but no one else gets to speak or display anything. That's called hypocrisy....

It happened twice in Texas, once on route to Corpus Christi and again in New Braunfels. These actions are encouraged by Trump who will never denounces intimidation instead encourages during his rallies. The Republicans are trying to eliminate votes from cast from drop of boxes in Harris county. I cannot remember an election time in Texas may where there have been so many attempts to suppress the voting of the democratic voters including restricting drop off locations to a single location and not trying to have over 100,000 votes from Harris county (more likely to vote democratic) thrown out. For some reason the republicans are for the first time afraid and now will do anything to suppress the opposition. Sadly no republican in this state will stand up for what is right and stop the intimidation and unfair voter suppression.

Which event. The Corpus Christi one or the New Braunfels event? Where you their or just using the videos they wanted to release. People that I know in the Corpus Christi event say they made it dangerous for the bus to drive. It actually doesn't matter. Circling a bus and then forcing it to drive extremely slowly is still intimidation and inappropriate.

That is not what happened here. They intentionally forced the driver of the bus to change the way he was driving. Not sure where you were getting your information but friend in Corpus familiar with the actual event say there was intentional use of the trucks to intimidate the Bus. You are implying the bus driver could have run over the trucks?

They called 911 and reported that the Trump caravan was trying to run them off the road. This is why the FBI is investigating it.

Why would the FBI be investigating them if it were harmless?, Trump just encouraged them oh well our president thinks it's good to bully people and use violence.

What does it say about the state of the Union?
Democracy is a social construct, it rest on the widely accepted idea that democracy is a good thing. Democracy is dead when that consensus is no longer there. The US should have a public discussion if they still want democracy.
