It is just the daily whine, it has no chance of success. As the prosecution rests Trumps defense tried to get a dismissal.
I'm sure he will consider trying those if necessary, but they probably won't go anywhere either and Costello's antics and the inappropriate questions may well have been planned, it would be in keeping with Trump's legal style. Merchan may have been pissed, but I don't think he did anything that would allow for review. And after a total catastrophe of the defense's witness. The judge cleared the courtroom because the witness was violating court rules of conduct. Trump could have a case for a retrial on the basis of ineffective counsel, or even malpractice.
Everyone knows Trump's MO is sabotage of any legal action against him. Even the courts are getting tired of his abuse of the system. When Trump apveals they won't ignore all the abuse and sabotage that was his own doing.I'm sure he will consider trying those if necessary, but they probably won't go anywhere either and Costello's antics and the inappropriate questions may well have been planned, it would be in keeping with Trump's legal style. Still needs ketchup.Seems Trumps attorneys are at the "throw everything we can at the wall and hope something sticks" stage...
Again? Don't they have some new ideas? As the prosecution rests Trumps defense tried to get a dismissal.
