Two faced?

When someone’s against abortion but they’re pro-choice does it seem two faced? Shouldn’t they be pro life? I think that’s how the pro choice camp lose a lot of their members to pro life. I mean look at how gays react when someone says being gay is a sin or wrong. They get offended. But when someone says abortions a sin, but their pro choice, nobody’s offended. I find that odd. So does it just boil down to saying abortion is wrong for me and being gay is wrong for me. Then all is happy? But if one says being gay is wrong and abortions are wrong then offense is taken? Idk it just seems convoluted. A kind of half hearted belief. Would it be OK to say I think abortion is wrong for anyone but I’m pro-choice? Probably not because if I were to say being gay is wrong for everyone then people would take offense correct? Weird ****. Oh and how could a man say having an abortion is wrong for me? Haha I guess if the shoe fits wear it right?

Oh fyi I’m pro choice and pro lgbt

No, that is not a contradiction. I can have my opinion without wanting to use force to make you conform to my opinion. I can understand that using physical violence, or the threat of physical violence to control people is a bad thing.

Then why are gays offended if someone thinks it’s a sin? But you can think abortions a sin and nobody’s offended? Hmm.

It's not that they think it's a sin, it's that people use that belief to justify laws against them.
For example, I think their beliefs are irrational nonsense, but I would never support any laws that would deny them the right to practice those beliefs.

Many do. So can you answer my question?

I never say it was a sin. I think it is something sad and to be avoided if possible. But the harm that comes from banning it is considerable.

You have the right to think anything you want, I really don‘t care what you think about abortion, or homosexuality. But when you advocate violence to make people act they way you think they should, about things that have nothing to do with you, that is a problem.

No, it means that they are adult. Let's take the skydiving as an example. I am totally against skydiving. For myself. There is no way that I am jumping out of a perfectly good airplane for sport. That does not mean that I think that no one can have a good reason to go skydiving.

I can be against abortion for a partner of mine, I can't have one, they told me so. But that does not mean that I do not think that anyone can not have a valid reason to get an abortion. I won't judge for others in some matters. I will only judge for myself.

I've never heard of people who are offended by one being a sin but not the other, but assuming these people exist; they probably see abortion as a necessary evil (sorta like killing during war) but being gay as not evil at all.
