Just about any cultural nomos has evil elements to it, due to the fact that people under its influence see it as "reality" and "just the way it is," and therefore become very uncomfortable (or downright defensive and aggressive) when the cultural nomos is questioned or critiqued. There is a good reason why Buddha called the cultural nomos Mara.Would you agree if a white racist school board
member said African American culture has many
evil elements to it, eg, violence, racism, thievery,
misogyny?
There can be things believed true...& can even be

Got the concept?

<edit to add>
Exposing and critiquing the cultural nomos can be dangerous. It is the realm of the Left Hand Path: feminists, satirists, jesters, and Sacred Clowns like the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster and The Satanic Temple.
Your explanations seem incomplete,

speech in Italy & Europe.
Neither do I.I don't discuss your engineering degree.
Agreed!There is discussion culture.
And there is insulting people.
Too many use the former to justify the latter.
