There are personality traits Hitler possessed that can be positive when applied in the right light, such as he was a great orator (something Trump is not). But a sociopath who is a great orator is still a sociopath.
To be a sociopath or psychopath is not necessarily to be evil.
Earlier I gave the example of a researcher who discovered that
he's a psychopath (like those he studied). Yet he was still a
functioning decent human being.
Non-sociopaths & non-psychopaths can also perpetrate evil,
& are sometimes the greatest perpetrators, eg, our Presidents
who've pursued deadly but useless wars.

What We Get Wrong About Psychopaths

Hitler wasn't bad because of this or that label applied to him.
He was bad because he did very evil things. He promised to
do them, & he delivered.
When voting for a candidate for office, examine their record.
Past is prologue. What agenda do they promise? Is their
record consistent with this? They are what they've done.
