I was considering posting this in Jokes but I decided not too because I want people to take this thread semi-seriously, and not post things that aren't true.
Let's hear somethings that are unusual about yourself. As thread creator I'll start.
1 - I belong to a religion whose theology is practiced by about 10,000 people world wide. I am the only syntheist on this forum, despite many syntheists making the Internet their home for religious topics and discussion.
2 - I find Wikipedia to be the most addictive website. Sometimes I can spend entire days just revising different articles I see on it, or cleaning articles up for better standards. I actually have enough edits that Wikipedia granted me free access to their reference library.
3 - I pay hundreds of dollars on Switch games that I don't play (hello Sonic Frontiers), but don't pay nearly the same amount of money for private server MMOs, like SWGEmu and City of Heroes: Homecoming, which I play on a nearly daily basis.
4 - I have a website about my faith which I haven't updated in numerous months, despite advocating and changing my ideas on this website.
5 - I have a fascination with Britpop, and British culture and music in general, despite not being British in either nationality or heritage. But unlike most Americans I'm not concerned with the British monarchy.
6 - I vote Republican despite being part of the welfare class.
7 - I find immense enjoyment making polls, despite my largest poll being shut down and never paying for a polling service. I also enjoy taking polls, especially through pollsters on the phone.
8 - I have an infinity tattoo my left wrist despite not believing that infinity even exists.
9 - I've fantasied being a Christian and what kind of Christian I would be, despite never actually believing in Christianity. At this point I'm not even sold on the idea that Jesus even existed.
10 - I've made over 400 playlists on Spotify and I have over 100,000 scrobbles on Last FM. And although I make my own music, I don't even like most of it and don't listen to it very often.
