I don't know. I would have previously said no, but ISIS is on the verge of capturing one of the largest airbases in Syria at the moment.

Either Iran will send in more troops to support Assad or the U.S. will shift its position on Assad and assist him with air strikes. One thing is clear, without American intervention ISIS will succeed.

BINGO. ISIS is a result of decades of Western manipulation of their lands, siding with the enemy's enemy, and then turning on them when it suits their interests.

It is mainly the result of the USA and its regional allies; Turkish, Qatari, Saudi aid to FSA, IF and Nusra. The help of so-called ''friends of Syria'' gave birth to the illegitimate ISIS. Not to mention the help of the relatives of Asad and Saddam who were denied of their positions by the current governments. All this helped ISIS grow powerful.

I don't think the news shared above is correct, but if such a thing happens, there has to be something fishy, and Syria should reject it. Because it was their meddling and support of terrorists which caused this.

Anyway, I think another Hizbullahi operation is needed, just like in the battle of Yabroud. So that these terrorist groups are eliminated.

I am saying this, because it happened in the history. The group known as Khawarij did the same crimes in the name of Islam, 13 centuries ago.
