The USA has voiced caution and restraint. So the USA is responsible for Israel’s military behavior? Doesn’t add up.

To voice it without acting upon it is merely propaganda.
USA could threaten withdrawal of financial support of
Israel. That would be powerful influence. It chooses not to.

But when ukraine broke off over 1000 of them were taken down. Ukraine had a huge amount of nukes. That place was russia's texas and after ww2 they built a bunch of underground structures that could still have unaccounted for nukes.

Evidence? Rogue russian's learning how business works will sell dangerous property.

Keep in mind, the missiles are not the important part of nukes, it's the material (elements) and technology (know how) that is the most important part of making them stupid things.

We give Israel 3 billion a year. So what? Israel makes 8 billion a year selling diamonds. Do you really believe Israel would lose its military if we didn’t give them money?

There is no singular "bad guy".
And your making it about judging some as "bad" &
others as "good" creates a dysfunctional perspective.
Instead, think of "bad acts" & "bad values".
Those should be the things for which change is sought.

I argue that support shouldn't be unconditional.
I'd expect Israel to improve its behavior if it knew
money & military support were at risk.
Negotiations are typically about avoiding carrying
