..... and fret not because as Jesus promised at Matthew 5:5 is from Psalm 37:9-11 that humble meek people are the ones who will inherit the Earth (Psalm 22:26) This earthly inheritance is what the coming 1000 year reign of Christ governing over Earth is about.
This is a reason why we are all invited to pray the invitation to God for Jesus to come !

Revelation was Not written for 1st century people but for people living 'after' the 1st century
Genesis 1:28 would first have to be taken into consideration that God's purpose is that Earth be populated
Plus, Jesus informed us that the good news about God's Kingdom (aka government - Daniel 2:44; Matt. 24:14) would have to first be proclaimed to the nations before Jesus could come! - Rev. 22:20,2
Never before in history has the gospel been declared on an international scale as it is now being done
Modern technology has made possible rapid Bible translation so people living in remote areas can now have access to Scripture in their own mother tongue or native language.

So, to me God has Not changed His mind, and when the powers in charge are saying, " Peace and Security......" (1st Thess. 5:2-3) those rosy-sounding words will Not lead to Safety but can lead people down that old primrose path, Not to Safety but prove to be the precursor to the coming great tribulation of Rev. 7:14 before Jesus takes the action of Isaiah 11:3-4; Rev. 19:14-15 to rid the Earth of widkedness
