Weekly Eucharist/communion/Lord's Supper

Which denominations use the Eucharist/communion in every Sunday service? I prefer to take it weekly, but most denominations I've visited only use it monthly.

You're guaranteed a weekly Eucharist in the Orthodox, Catholic and Assyrian churches, as well as (I think?) in the Anglican and Episcopal churches. Your mileage may vary among the Lutherans and other mainlines.

Yes, Anglicans/Episcopalians have a weekly Eucharist. In fact, like Catholics, you can probably find daily ones depending on Church availability.

To reinterate - you will find weekly Eucharist among the liturgical churches (Episcopal or Anglican, Roman Catholic, Orthodox, Old Catholic, Lutherans, etc.). You will also find it among the Disciples of Christ and the LDS (Mormons). Most other "Protestant" churches (United Church of Christ, Presbyterians, Methodists, etc.) as well as the Community of Christ (formerly RLDS) tend to practice a monthly Eucharist (this also used to be the practice among Catholics and Anglicans prior to the late 19th Century - Eucharist used to be celebrated far more infrequently and often due to a shortage in ordained priests).
