Weird dreams

I just woke up from a dream where I was sleeping outside on an elevated porch (my parents house) and an ostrich poked its head up over the side looking at me. It flew up onto the porch and it had two heads, apparently this was normal for ostriches to have two heads to my dream self. I knew that it was going to attack so I threw my blanket over one of its heads and it nipped at me with its second head and then ran off. It then spoke to me something about… i don’t remember what it said. Something about eggs? I said “Not friends” because I felt threatened by it and it said “not friends” and wandered off

Then I went inside and my mother had made pizza for her dogs

My dreams are normally this random, sometimes so nonsensical that I can’t even type them out.

What about you? Do you get weird dreams like this?

Not so much anymore, but I had two during my childhood that stand out...

In one when I was quite young, I was riding in a shopping cart by the refrigerated meats, and Ollie from Kukla, Fran, and Ollie, came up to me and asked me if he could have a bite. I was like, "A bite of what?" He bent down and bit my knee, and when I looked down, my leg looked like salami with a bone in it.

I also remember one where I being chased by cars by my junior high school, so I ran in through the glass doors through the hallway, and the cars crashed through. I turned to hide around an inset by the art room, and the cars raced by missing me...except for the last one, that came around the corner. I woke just as it was about to run me down.

I just had a dream where I was making popcorn on the peak of a beautiful snowcapped mountain. I reached into the snow and started a Volkswagen Bug and began racing down a spiraling staircase or just a spiraling city street, maybe both. Somehow, I made it to the library. Only I had no clue which library or where it was. I think Meg Ryan was in the dream.

The popcorn on the mountain is a reoccurring thing in my dreams.

Interesting...

I sometimes get weird dreams.

I used to dream of a school so much that it began to trigger me into realizing it was a dream. Then I had full autonomy(the ability to lucid dream). I could do whatever I wanted in that place... And then someone helped me 'decode' the dream, and it went away, and I've always been disappointed. There was so much to do(though the pool was frequently broken).

I still manage to lucid dream sometimes, and I always try to show myself how easy it is to fly, and go through all the steps over and over again, so when I wake up, I can still do it. But I never can...

I once had a dream that was so vivid I woke up remembering it in minute detail, and I still do to this day. I felt "dissolved" in my surroundings to the point that I no longer felt any distinction between myself and the world around me. Basically, "I" became a part of the sky, the ground, the people in the distance, and the plants in view.

I've had other weird dreams in my life, but that one was by far the most unique and powerful.

And sometimes I get a feeling of deja vu when I feel like I just read a post...

I don't think any dreams we've had could beat whatever the hell the forum software is dreaming about right now...
I keep getting error messages, but it's apparently posting when I do even though it's saying it isn't.
