Were in the bible does it say riches can turn you away from God?:)
(Luke 12:32–34)

19Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. 20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Who cares? Bible is myth.
Today, about half of Americans (49%) say the Bible should have at least “some” influence on U.S. laws, including nearly a quarter (23%) who say it should have “a great deal” of influence, according to a recent Pew Research Center survey. Among U.S. Christians, two-thirds (68%) want the Bible to influence U.S. laws at least some, and among white evangelical Protestants, this figure rises to about nine-in-ten (89%).

Americans split on how much Bible should sway laws

It looks more like the atheists and agnostics that don't care much, but apart from them, quite a lot of people care.
I guess atheists and agnostics don't care about that either, but who cares what atheists and agnostics think. atheistic thinking is flawed and demonstrably biased.

Sorry. Old habit, of shooting from the hip. I promised myself not to shoot back, but just wanted to make a point. :)
The right response is below.

The Bible is the most read, translated and published book, because it has great value, in the eyes of many people, who see that applying its advice really works.
In fact, men went to great lengths to preserve the Bible, so that it would continue to be available to this day.
That's says much for it. It can't be myth.
People describe it as "living".

The Bible. Easily the most read book in the world is the Bible for obvious reasons. It is estimated to have sold over 40 million copies in the last 60 years.

The Bible is the most translated book in the world and has been translated into approximately 3350 languages and dialects with the New Testament having just over 2000 translations and the Old Testament having around 700 translations.

According to Guinness World Records as of 1995, the Bible is the best-selling book of all time with an estimated 5 billion copies sold and distributed.

Have a good day. :)
