What are black jobs?

Well it used to be picking cotton among other agricultural work I suppose. Of course, those same occupations it seems have been reclassified over to those of South American descent as those are jobs that, from what I gathered and heard, no American wants to do.

Seems the definition has been expanded and reclassified since then. I would suggest asking a left-winger what that means primarily because they're the ones who are usually making the designations for such occupations and positions and announcing it to everyone.

Clearly Trump said it too in Atlanta, which is why you posted it, so I guess we're all kind of wondering as well as with the black job community.

It's not specific jobs, but I would guess he means various service sector, construction, agriculture and hospitality jobs, which many working class black people traditionally worked in but are now dominated by illegals.
