Someone does not become an 'illegal' when they commit a crime.Sure there are. Let’s quit pretending people who enter the country unlawfully are not here illegally.
The system that is demonstrably the best way to life people up.
The unemployment rate has hovered from 3.5-4% last two three years. What are you talking about? You're the ignorant one if you think there's an infinite amount of jobs and if you think people don't have to compete with each other for them.
And the rest of that is just the usual liberal justification for having "those people" as slave labor in subpar work conditions for illegal pay often times. Liberals are the biggest racists and elitists there are.
Oh, please. It's always higher than what the government officially says because they use more restrictive metrics that don't reflect the real world. There's many articles and such about that. The unemployment rate has hovered from 3.5-4% last two three years. What are you talking about?
The best plan is to document immigrants, not criminalize them.
True.Oh, please. It's always higher than what the government officially says because they use more restrictive metrics that don't reflect the real world. There's many articles and such about that.
Unemployment Statistics Are Misleading. Economic Hardship Is Much Worse
Analysis: Headlines still say the job market is strong, but it's not true.www.cnet.com
Has anyone ever referred to them as "illegal people"? I haven't seen that.Someone does not become an 'illegal' when they commit a crime.
The dehumanizing language is unbefitting, and trying to suggest that I am somehow 'pretending' that illegal immigration is not illegal is deliberately obtuse.
We could do that if they'd come into the country in a way that allowed them to be documented. Those who follow the law and go through the process of becoming citizens of this country are doing that. Those who hide in the trunk of a car and pay drug cartels to help them over the border is another matter. The unemployment rate has hovered from 3.5-4% last two three years. You’re twisting my words. Shame on you. The government DOES track how many blacks have jobs, whites have jobs, Asians have jobs and so on. Is that racist? That's not addressing my post. The government tracks employment, they don't track how many blacks have black jobs or how many whites have white jobs or how many asians have asian jobs, etc.
You pretending it is ok to commit illegal acts is a shame.Someone does not become an 'illegal' when they commit a crime.
The dehumanizing language is unbefitting, and trying to suggest that I am somehow 'pretending' that illegal immigration is not illegal is deliberately obtuse.
The process takes forever and is not immigrant friendly, especially for poor people. That is the problemWe could do that if they'd come into the country in a way that allowed them to be documented. Those who follow the law and go through the process of becoming citizens of this country are doing that. Those who hide in the trunk of a car and pay drug cartels to help them over the border is another matter.
When sufficiently regulated. The system that is demonstrably the best way to life people up.
Has anyone ever referred to them as "illegal people"? I haven't seen that.
Not worth belaboring. What is your point?
Government has mixed motives & beliefs about illegals. So what is the punishment for these American businesses for hiring undocumented workers? Fines? Maybe prison? Wouldn't it be awesome if Congress passed a law that allowed thee workers to do certain jobs so American businesses don't break the law?
As I said, they track employment. You’re twisting my words. Shame on you. The government DOES track how many blacks have jobs, whites have jobs, Asians have jobs and so on. Is that racist?
You are misrepresenting my views. You pretending it is ok to commit illegal acts is a shame.
Of course not.Someone does not become an 'illegal' when they commit a crime.

Trespass refers to personally or organisationally-owned land and property, not a country, which have specific laws and statutes including the ability to legally declare asylum. Even so, you wouldn't call someone who trespasses on your private land "an illegal" just for doing so. That is language reserved exclusively for people who enter, or stay in, a country illegally, because it is specifically designed to diminish their humanity. I think that's the point being made. However when someone trespasses, being on a place without permission/legally... They are illegally there. Thus illegals.
