I am eating ragma as my main course, with potatoes boiled then fried in veg oil as a side dish. In case you don't know, rajma is a red kidney bean dish with haldi and paprika, olive oil and black cardamom. You can throw tomato in, too, but mine had green chili pepper salt. White basmati on the side and orange juice mixed half and half with iced water. Now just melt a bit of ghee or butter in it (no, not health food)! I like mine a bit more watery than shown so I can dip plain toased white bread it in.
Sounds simple, but I like simple and it is yummy and fills the tummy after a hard day at the office!
