Pink Carnation symbolizes gratitude

I just reconciled with my favorite person in my life.

Im sooo overjoyed that we still have a friendship. Best Christmas present I could ask for as of now. A priceless gift really provided that it remains firm and true.

yeah it seems like so much of our time and energy and majority of it is in vain. like a soldier that becomes the strongest most physically fit and perfects his precision at firing a gun just to get blown up by a bomb without firing a shot. that's how I feel like sometimes figuratively speaking.
I am grateful for grasping some sense out of circunstances that really did not help in finding any.

anyhow I'm grateful for eyesight, hearing, vaccines, the ability to walk, and the grace to not have been born in North Korea.

Grateful that Fred Phelps is dead. I know that isn't a christian thing to say but it is the honest thing to say. I think that guy did nothing but poison people's minds, drive sinners further away from God and give a perfect example of how not to behave, how to behave in all the ways that christ condemned, demonstrate the epitome of hypocrisy, and was just a cold, miserable, bitter, pathetic, heartless waste of oxygen. I wouldn't want the guy to suffer forever in hell but the guy would have been better off never existing. People like that are thoroughly disgusting and they push their filth in the name of Jesus.

I'm grateful for so many things: life, decent health, my wonderful wife, all who have been my teachers, friends and dogs.

I'm grateful for my husband and for the health and vibrant personalities that my daughters possess. I'm grateful to have my family in my life and those that I share varying facets of my life with - be it through work or avenues. I'm grateful for God for blessing my life and providing learning experiences along the way.

I'm grateful to know God. I'm grateful for my family. I'm grateful for my job. I'm grateful to have been able to own my house and get out of debt. I'm grateful for everything bad that has ever happened to me as it helps me to appreciate that which I have that is good. I'm grateful for every horrible thing that has ever happened in this world as it has helped me to appreciate the little good that remains in this world.
