Hey guys, how is sc2? I played the beta a little and liked it. So I'm kind of familiar with the online play. What is the campaign like? Blizzard really talked that up a lot. Is it any good? Have you even tried it?

While we're on the subject of games shortened to the acronym sc2, an awesome game I came across lately is called Star Control 2. It was originally released for dos in like 92. It's really tight! There are modern open source ports for mac and windows. For a game made in 92 it's pretty good.

Been playing Rise from Erebus. (A mod of Fall from Heaven 2, which in turn is a mod of Civilizations 4).

I've been playing Dante's Inferno, which I really like. It is very disturbing (you get to kill unbaptised babies), but it's alot of fun. I've also been playing God of War 3. Gonna be playing Warriors of Rock when it comes out, and then the new Castlevania when it comes out. Also gonna get Starcraft 2 when my financial aid refund gets to my card.

Preferably Fantasy, not SF.
Beyond that - surprise me!

The Elder Scrolls games.

The first one, Arena, was released in 1994. Only play it if you can get into old-school games.
Same with the sequel, Daggerfall.

Bethesda software, the developers of the series, has made both these games available for free download. Just do a quick google search.

Both games are classics, but IMO haven't aged too well.

The other two primary games, Morrowind and Oblivion, are great games in their own rights.

Oblivion is better for picking-up-and-playing, but Morrowind is more customizable, having several great modifications that enhance the experience. (Oblivion has some great ones, too, though.)

Just started my trial of Guild Wars, and I'll most likely be buying it soon. It's thus far the best MMORPG I've ever played.

Really the only game I play is Rome Total War: Barbarian Invasion. But, when I go to my cousins' house, I play Halo Reach. Halo games are pretty fun!

Oblivion was my favourite gameplay and graphics wise, but I liked the Morrowind game itself better.

I decided to replay FF VII. Cloud is the most messed up hero in games, I think, or at least in the FF games.
