What Are You Thankful For?

I'm thankful for just being alive, everyday we go through life not noticing the little things that make up that life.

Even though I may not take time to appreciate them, I am ever so thankful that they are there.

That Thanksgiving was over a month ago here in Canada . That way we have a break between turkey dinners . ;)

But seriously , everyday is Thanksgiving , or should be . :)

I am thankful for Rf, truly. I am thankful for my life. I am truly thankful for nature programs on TV, especially ones about the Ocean. There are soooo many remarkable creatures in the depths of the Ocean. Absolutely astounding! I am thankful for music, and the visual arts. Life would be very dull without them.
I am thankful for my desire to seek wisdom and enlightenment. This allows me to meet wonderful people like you. :)

Joyfully in Jesus,
Martha

I am thankful for many things; like Kreeden, I believe that Thanksgiving is everyday. I still don't mind at all making a special day out of it. I am thankful for my and my family's health, that I have been able to maintain gainful employment, and so much more.

I'm thankful that the CIA hasn't smelled the northern Swedish speciality, the fermented herring, "surströmming". If they had, they would have thought that we've got WMD's and would have made Dubya bomb us into democracy.

I'm thankful my Swedish relitives did not carry on the "surstromming" tradition.

I am thankful for:

1) My family
2) Friends (including everyone here)
3) A Job that I hate so much it spurred me to pursue more education to get a better job in the future
4) My mother and I are finally speaking again after a 5 year silence
5) My children can now sepak to my mom whenever they want to and not ask why they can't
6) All the skills I have learned to be a better parent to my children
7) My mentor has returned to my life after a 3 year absence
8) Life itself, because there is never a moment that we do not learn something important, whether it be about ourselves, the people we associate with, a new skill, or a new reason not to be judgmental.
9) A safe warm place for my children to lay their head at night, with food, clothes, and love
10) This topic for helping realize how blessed I truly am
11) Having so many things to be thankful for that I can not post them all.

Happy Thanksgiving to those who will be celebrating it November 25, and a Belated one to those who celebrated it in October.

Wow, my list could get very, very long. I'm thankful for my life, my family, friends, health, and so much more. I'm thankful for the beauty of this world and the wonderful folks in it. I'm grateful for three square meals a day, a warm home, work I love, and much much more.

I am thankful for this gift that is called Life. For every breath, for every heartbeat--each one is a blessing from above. I am thankful I can see, and hear, and taste, that I can walk, and run, and play. I am thankful for my parents, my seven brothers and sisters--each of whom means the world to me--my extended family, and all my wonderful friends scattered across the globe. With all of these, I want for nothing. I am indeed truly rich--richer than the wealthiest billionaire on the planet. :)
