What do you gain from criticism of a religious teaching you do not follow or believe in?

If people want to believe woo that's up to them, when they try and force that woo on to you then that's another thing

If they constantly post about it, wave it about,
in a forum that is specifically about discussion
that isnt " pushing" it exactly , what are they doing?

Right. Don't ever try to help people see those things that are clearly ridiculous and fantastically absurd.

Let them wallow in delusion forever without ever mentioning a single thing solely because someone thinks it's mocking them.
So you think you’re helping them by attacking their beliefs. Is it ok for them to attack your beliefs on that same basis? Or are you one of those that cries foul anytime someone proselytizes at or around you?

You think the solution to that is to attack their beliefs? As opposed to, say, simply telling them you’re not interested?

Anyone can believe anything they want BUT when they try to influence you with their unprovable beliefs it crosses a line.
When someone tells me the universe was created in 7-days therefore abortion and same sex marriage is wrong - I react.
What does that reaction get you? (The OP asked.) Be honest.

This site is called Religious Forums. Yet you are offended when people constantly post about their religious beliefs? Doesn’t that seem weird to you?

This thread is toward the people in RF who every day create OP critiquing any religious teaching they don't believe in or follow themselves.

Maybe 'critiquing' is not the right word for what you referring to, but more like gossip, spreading negative rumor etc., as opposed to an informed critique of which there are many examples here at RF.

Tit for Tat, action and reaction, equal and opposite, Newton's law. :)
So, you see any belief that doesn’t comport with your own as opposition to yours? Opposition that you feel must then be countered? This appears to be what you’re saying.

But why do you assume that there must be only one way to perceive/believe reality … and that way should be yours?

Why would that mean you criticize any religious teaching you don't believe in?

Take meditation: plenty of religions teach that meditation is important. Do you criticize that?

Or the langar? Do you criticize that?
No, I didn't say that.
I said that if any religion starts trying to dictate how I live my life - eg Abortion, Religious Schools, Bishops in House of Lords, Same sex marriage, assisted dying - then I will criticise them.
If they are like, say Buddhism that doesn't affect me, I'll leave them alone

That's just belligerent! You assume that everybody here keeps pushing. Read your own sentence.

No he doesn't. You just assumed there was such an assumption.

Maybe read the first sentence of the OP.

Seems weird, but so predictable, that you would manage to come up with something like that.

People who want help will typically seek it.

Do you enjoy having people force their help upon you?

No, I didn't say that.
You did, actually. That's what the "any" implies.

No, you didn't say that.

... but I understand now that you don't actually criticize any religious teaching you disagree with.

What a weird, useless waste of time this tangent has been.

Difference between talking and pushing is what?

Attacking isn't the same as criticism. If it was, wouldn't you be equally guilty of attacking the beliefs of the poster you replied to?

When did i say that? Oh i didn't, you made it up didn't you?

However if someone attacks me then i feel entitled to defend myself, as you may have noticed in the past

What @Twilight Hue doesn't appear to realize is that his version of "helping people" is really no different than proselytizing.
