I like Christmas and New Year time because everyone is generally in a cheerful mood when you go about your day.

Halloween: Not bothered about, don'e celebrate
Christmas: Great, giving presents, meeting friends and family, not going to church.

I still get gifts for Christmas. And I get to spend time with my family.

Nothing.
Christmas is too commercialize to find much joy in.
Halloween is pretty commercialize too and is about giving unhealthy treats to children.

I used to like 4th of July best because, well I like firework but they made them illegal because of the fire hazard.
Christmas, I get a day off so better than nothing.

Living in france Halloween is not such a big thing though there are a few american families who spread the word. In the last 3 years that word has been listened to so we've had a few trick or treaters knocking. First year 2 groups, next year 3 groups and last year 5 groups. The costumes are usually pretty good.

We don't do Christmas, we do Saturnalia the children like it because they get more presents. However we have no objection to to family and friends doing their thing over Christmas and we do send Christmas presents to younger family.

I don't really have a relationship with Halloween, its not a huge thing here. But I think its a very fun tradition with all the scary things etc. And Christmas is just a nice time with good food and "hygge"
