The lawyer who filed the case should be disbarred for presenting false information to the court.

Absolutely! I can kind of see how an argument could be made that the legal theory would still stand given that it's likely that a gay couple may go to a Christian web designer for services at some point, but I see legislation like this, when fraudulently done, a specific attack on LGBTQ folks. Even if the argument over artists' free speech rights makes sense, faking an incident just to bring this to legislation is a low blow.

about this link?
Who knows. It could be true. She wanted to start up a website business but didn't want to do anything for gay couples.

Now if in her business had she turned down a gay couple, backlash would have broke loose and she probably would have been sued. This way she now knows she can turn them down.

She did it the wrong way if she lied, "put the cart before the horse" so to speak but now she knows.
