Or has their been any "thing" ever CREATED (whether just thought up or real) that credit some other "thing" as given him/her/it ALL credit for all that he/she/it has?

just curious:cool:

This seemed to be a verse but I don't know if that is what you meant.

Ps 113:4 Jehovah is high above all nations, And his glory above the heavens.

Well you could be on to something it just depends on who you think Jehovah is

Yes.

The god you know, had a father El, the father deity of all Israelite gods including Yahweh.

This was all before the monotheistic redactions after 622 BC

you keep repeating something which is incorrect.

El is the hebrew word 'god'

El means 'god'

In some places ʼEl appears with the definite article (ha·ʼEl′, literally, “the God”) when referring to Jehovah.

You keep using this word as if its a proper name when its not. Its the word for god. Its plural is ʼe·lim′

Please please please understand this.

Your in error and appealing to ignorance, and bias.

And we have factual evidence that definition had changed after the monotheistic redactions of 622 BC

Please please please understand this.

History of ancient Israel and Judah - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Israelite monotheism evolved gradually out of pre-existing beliefs and practices of the ancient world.[76] The religion of the Israelites of Iron Age I, like the Canaanite faith from which it evolved[77] and other ancient Near Eastern religions, was based on a cult of ancestors and worship of family gods (the "gods of the fathers").[78] Its major deities were not numerous – El, Asherah, and Yahweh, with Baal as a fourth god, and perhaps Shamash (the sun) in the early period.[79] By the time of the early Hebrew kings, El and Yahweh had become fused and Asherah did not continue as a separate state cult

These are facts your bias and faith, cannot refute.

Shinto has something similar. There were forces in heaven/the universe responsible for the creation of the two deities which created the Earth (Izanami-no-mikoto and Izanagi-no-mikoto). These two created the Earth in accordance with rules provided by the divine in heaven. They asked the forces above for confirmation if they were creating the Earth properly which makes one assume that they hailed the universal forces as superior.

Again, a similar event happens later in Shinto mythology where Amaterasu Omikami-sama (Godess of the sun) and her brother Tsukuyomi-no-mikoto (God of the moon) where born from Izanagi-no-mikoto's left and right eyes. Susanoo-no-mikoto, Tsukuyomi-no-mikoto and Amaterasu Omikami-sama's mutual brother, was also born from Izanagi-no-Mikoto. Susanoo-no-mikoto was born when Izanagi washed out his nose.

I'm unfamiliar with other neo-pagan religions but I'm sure they have similar stories where deities credit other deities with their success. I'm not sure if this was what you're asking but I hope it helped. Though it should be noted that in the nature of Amaterasu Omikami-sama, Tsukuyomi-no-mikoto, and Susanoo-no-mikoto's birth that they retained more of a father to son/daughter with their father Izanagi-no-mikoto rather than a worshiper/god relationship. Then again, the nature of the kami in Shinto is hard to compare with that of western deities.

I apologize if all I've done is cause more confusion
