I like helping people... I really do.

I operate a number of servers that I use for my 90+ websites. I also open my servers up to non-profits (for free) and for profits (for fee).

Well, last year I was asked by a client if I could talk to a candidate about their website. One thing led to another and I hosted it for him. Of course, hosting it for a political candidate, I did not care what his affiliations were. Or so I thought.

So after the fact (and him sending me thank-you for donating ofer $800 worth of web space) I go to check this guy out. Whoa. He makes Bush and company look centrist. Would I do it again? Of course... I will always do what I can to make sure all sides get heard. But sometimes I feel so dirty doing it!

dont sweat it Pete. It's not like the man/boy love assoication is affliated with it or the kkk ...its just republicans...I mean when have republicians ever hurt anyone?

Really seriously though....with that many sites you can't be abreast of all of them......so you don't agree politically with one......they aren't doing anything wrong by promoting their platform...right?

I make it a point to NOT police political sites, lest my own intolerance get the better of me. However, I have turned down paying porn sites.

Don't worry about it Dr. NetDude. Extreme right-wingers make the Repubs look bad (just as extreme left-wingers make the Dems look bad).
