Why it is a shame to be published by viXra, not the arXiv? After all both services have the same percentage of wrong papers: 93%, the calculation of that number one gets from

As an example, they think, that tidal forces rip a falling dog's pee apart into subatomic particles, while it falls into Black Hole. I have found, that it is wrong, so one can surely say: because a scientific theory is falsifiable, one can show, that it is false -- just try very hard and be brave. Well,

because a scientific theory is falsifiable (the Popper's criterion), one can show, that it is false -- just try very hard and be brave. However, I have re-thought the Popper's criterion as ``scientist must provide a way to confirm own theory'', as the prime example, by detecting the star light bending during the Solar Eclipse the Einstein's followers have confirmed his calculations; however the confirmation could be gotten failed. But one shall not expect failure, but confirmation, that is why Popper's criterion should be re-thought. The way to confirm my paper (not to demonstrate its falsehood!) is to make the same simple device as shown in ``Virtual Matter acts on Actual Matter'' YouTube.
