What if Russia were to use its super weapon to attack where you live.

Sorry but I am going to ask that if you don’t watch the video please do not comment in this thread. I understand if you don’t want to spend the time, or you are not in the mood or any other reason for not watching, that is your choice and I respect that. But then I respectfully ask you not to comment here. I am not going to summarize or explain, not in this case. Sorry.

So for those who watched, thoughts?

I'm hoping science and technology can come up with appropriate counter measures or basically, we are doom to deal with the results.

I think there are counter measures being developed as we speak. But we need to understand how dangerous this is. And much much more likely than a nuclear strike.

I watched it, not really sure what to add. I've kind of exhausted what I think on the issue over numerous posts in the last several months, and in doing that, seem to have come somewhat to terms with a few aspects of my general mortality. Somewhat, maybe. Maybe that's sort of a pretentious thing to say, I don't know. In any case, it just seems like there's nothing left for me to throw out there, in terms of describing the general issue, or in terms of arguing about it.

Climate change could be the next big thing that hits the public consciousness in a more proximal way, yeah. And then resource usage could really rationed hard, I guess I can see it. The world he's kind of talking about, is sort of already here in many ways. Issues in one place do affect another, and in the globalized world, we all are becoming more aware of it. Maybe sea level will rise, and masses of people will need to move. Maybe new deserts will get created, who really knows

I did watch it. He is right.
The consequences would be indescribable.
If Russia attacked Italy, they would take Rome after 5 seconds.
Italians would not fight them.
