How many of us ever stop long enough to contemplate exactly what they are?

How and when does an opinion become a belief?

Why do some of us feel a desperate need to "defend" our opinions

Our opinions are naturally shaped by our experiences. This tends to explain why different people have different opinions.

An opinion is anything that cannot be verified by empirical evidence.

It is a fact that the sun rises every day in the east, no faith needed for that.

Red is the best color in the world: opinion.
