In artist terminology that is called "Act modeling"
It is. An act of perfection in itself.
some manner, eg, beauty, horror, meaning.
Art is what's displayed in art museums.

Blood, gore and psychosis depicted in vivid detail, in movies, comics and paintings are some of my favorite kinds of art.
Also like Roman and Renaissance marble sculptures.

I can perceive virtually anything as art even when it's not meant to be art.
However, if we're talking about visual art, I'd say my favourites are landscapes, surreal art, and horror.
A combination of the three is awesome too.

I think my tastes in art must be lowbrow. I never could see anything wrong with "Dogs Playing Poker" or velvet oil paintings of Elvis, but I'm told that these are examples of "lowbrow" art. When people talk about what is great, sophisticated, highbrow, as opposed to the stuff that's not so great, I can't always tell the difference. I guess I'm just not in with the in crowd as much to be able to figure these things out.
