Good old English Mustard - the red stuff should be consigned to the bin - if accidentally bought.

Hot dogs are rather gross in taste & consistency.
Mustard mitigates that. Ketchup doesn't.
Hot dogs are pretty sorry today. Decent sausages avoid the name "hot dog" because of that loss of quality. I am old enough to remember hot dogs made with natural casings (pig small intestines for the curious). A "kosher hot dog" to me is a bit of an oxymoron. To me a "real hot dog" are the old fashioned sort. They could be all beef, except for the casing, and it would be possible to make them out of goat or sheep intestine, but I do believe that those are not kosher either. The intestines, not the goat or sheep. So to be kosher a hot dog has to have an artificial casing.

Chili sauce and a spicy jalapeño cheese sauce. Other than that hot dogs are gross and ok only when you need something quick and easy.
